Ann Pang

Chief Executive Officer

Ann Pang from Canada and Hong Kong has lived in Hong Kong, UK, Canada, China, and Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Business and Finance Professional (BFP) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She began her career in the UK before joining Lagardère Travel Retail in 2004 in North America as Director of Corporate Planning. In 2011, she moved to Singapore as the CFO Asia and currently holds the position of CEO Singapore. With 20 years of experience in Travel Retail, Ann has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and operational excellence across Asia.

Jensen Low

Vice President, Dining Operations and Commercial

Jensen Low began his career with Marché in 2007, helping to open their first restaurant in Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, he quickly rose to become Operations Director for Marché restaurants in Canada in 2011. Upon returning to Southeast Asia, Jensen took on the role of General Manager, and in 2022, he was appointed Marché Country Manager in Singapore. His extensive background and expertise in the Food and Beverage sector have been crucial to the growth and success of the dining business. He oversees Business Development, Operations and Purchasing functions for Dining.
